THE ESSENTIALS

## Membership details

By enrolling, members agree to an initial three-month commitment. After the initial term, the membership continues month-to-month until canceled in accordance with Equilibrium Healing Arts’ [membership terms](https://equilibriumbcst.com/terms?hsLang=en).

- Three-month minimum commitment
- Membership renews automatically each month
- Included sessions reset each billing cycle
- Unused sessions do not roll over
- Memberships cannot be paused
- Sessions are non-transferable
- Equilibrium Healing Arts’ standard cancellation and no-show policy applies
- Membership benefits may be suspended if a recurring payment fails

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

## Membership questions.

Can I choose between massage and craniosacral therapy each month?

Each membership follows one care track. Integrated Massage memberships include 60-minute massage sessions, while Craniosacral Therapy memberships include 90-minute craniosacral sessions.

Do unused sessions roll over?

No. Included sessions reset at the beginning of each billing cycle, and unused sessions do not carry forward.

Can I pause my membership?

No. Memberships cannot be paused.

Can I transfer a session to someone else?

No. Membership sessions are reserved for the named member and are non-transferable.

What happens after the first three months?

After the initial three-month commitment, the membership continues month-to-month until canceled according to the membership terms.

What happens if a payment fails?

Membership benefits may be temporarily suspended. Julia will be notified so the payment issue can be resolved.

How do I schedule my included sessions?

After enrolling, members receive instructions and a redemption code for booking the appropriate member appointment through Acuity Scheduling.
